Hamideh N.Worst experience I’ve ever had, and I truly mean that. I initially went there for hair PRP after confirming the treatment price in advance (X). However, during the consultation, Dr. Saleh aggressively pushed additional treatments that increased the total cost to nearly 6X the original amount. I reluctantly agreed to only two of them (around 2X), and from that point onward, the staff’s attitude noticeably changed for the worse. The clinic’s scheduling system was chaotic and disorganized, yet the reception staff treated patients as if they were the problem. The receptionists were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the visit. What concerned me most, however, were the unsafe and unethical practices I personally witnessed. The staff member drawing my blood for the PRP procedure was simultaneously using her phone to arrange a cab ride, texting the driver the entire time. She barely looked at my vein and seemed far more focused on her phone than the medical procedure. It was honestly alarming to watch. Even more disturbing, after the blood draw she disposed of the used needle and blood-contaminated materials in a regular garbage bin instead of a proper yellow biohazard sharps container. Shortly afterward, a cleaning worker entered the room and handled the waste bin with bare hands and no gloves. As someone with a healthcare background, I found this absolutely unacceptable. I was then told I would be called back within 30 minutes for the rest of the procedure, but I ended up waiting well over an hour. After repeatedly asking for updates, they finally called my name in an irritated and disrespectful manner that made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. On top of all this, the procedure itself was extremely painful, far beyond what I had previously experienced with the same treatment which was almost pain-free. The pain was so intense that on that day, I could barely speak to my family at home and it endured for a week afterward in a bit lower level. Overall, the clinic felt extremely disorganized and centered around immature, rude, and poorly trained personnel operating with questionable ethical and safety standards. Last, but not the least; is the clinic’s online reviews. A large number of the positive reviews appear to be extremely short, generic one-line compliments or simply star ratings without meaningful details. Many of those accounts also seem to have no other review activity, which honestly made the ratings feel less trustworthy and not reflective of the experience I personally had there. I genuinely cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. If possible, I would give zero stars.
Fنوبت دهی ب افراد زیاد در یک روز، و بعد بدون پروتکل نوبتی مشخصی افراد صدا زده میشن، ممکنه به شما برای ۹ صبح وقت داده شده باشه اما تا اخر روز همونجا درگیر باشید، موردی ک برای خود من پیش اومد. پرسنل و سایر پزشکان مجموعه اغلب خوش برخورد، دکتر صالح خودشون برخلاف مدیا، واقعا بی نزاکت، برخوردشون بستگی به مود اون روزشون داره، اصلا اهمیت به خواسته مراجع نمیده و حس مشکل دار بودن رو القا میکنه، من برای ژل لب و بوتاکس رفتم و وقتی سایر کارایی ک گفتن نیاز هست و تیتر وار روی کاغذ لیست کردن ک بدم ب منشی برای پرداخت رو قبول نکردم، طوری از بالا ب پایین نگاه و برخورد کردن ک انگار فحش داده باشم.
SamansaI went there specifically for under‑eye filler, but they kept suggesting lip filler, jawline contouring, and cheek filler even though I had no intention of doing any of those. I found this behavior unprofessional and unethical. On top of that, the appointment system is not respected at all, the receptionists give turns based on their own preferences rather than the actual order. I honestly do not recommend this place. Unless someone wants an overly exaggerated, unnatural look, this clinic is not the right choice 👎🏼
