I ordered several items from this restaurant, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The food was unbelievably salty and practically inedible. On top of that, the order was incorrect. When I contacted Snappfood and requested a follow-up with the restaurant, the restaurant ignored the issue and simply claimed that the food was fine, without any effort to review the mistake or resolve the problem. Even more frustrating, Snappfood showed no real interest in addressing the problem and appeared to care only about collecting payment rather than supporting customers. This is by far the poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place or this platform to anyone who values food quality or fair customer support.
