I had a disappointing experience with Misha Beauty Clinic. After canceling my appointment due to a disagreement over prescribed medication, I requested a refund for my prepayment. However, the clinic initially refused and was unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. After a week of follow-ups and two visits, I finally received my refund. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The lack of communication and unwillingness to accommodate my concerns reflected poorly on the professionalism and customer service of Misha Beauty Clinic. I believe that customers should feel respected and have their concerns addressed promptly, especially when it comes to their health and well-being. I strongly advise others to carefully consider their options before choosing Misha Beauty Clinic. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic due to the issues I faced and the lack of responsiveness from the staff.
